Housing for elderly is different from traditional housing since the inhabitants will only be individuals or couples. The housing is organized in five groups, each with two rows of houses, opposite one another. The individual dwellings are organized with very open plans, only separated by internal courtyards. The roof is a shed roof with skylight enlightening the entire housing plan.
